क्‍या आप अपने एंड्राइड फोन के पैटर्न लॉक स्‍क्रीन का पासवर्ड भूल गये?


पैटर्न लॉक एंड्राइड डिवाइस के लिए सबसे सुरक्षित स्क्रीन लॉक है, लेकिन अगर आप अनलॉक पासवर्ड भूल गए तो क्या करेंगे? इसे अनलॉक करने के तरीकों को जानते है -

1) Use your Google account:
सौभाग्य से, एंड्रॉइड में ही बिल्ट इन फेल सेफ है| अगर आप पैटर्न अनलॉक भूल गए है तो आप अपने मोबाइल में गूगल का जो अकाउंट पहले से कन्फिग्यर है उसकी मदद सें पासकोड को रिसेट कर सकते है|
इसके लिए पांच बार असफल प्रयास के बाद आपको Forgot Passcode का पॉप अप आएगां|
यहाँ आप इस डिवाइव में पहले से मौजूद गूगल अकाउंट से साइन इन करें और अब यह आपको नया पासवर्ड बनाने के लिए विकल्प देगा|
इन सुचनाओंका पालन करके आप नया पासकोड बना सकते है|
सुनिश्चित करें कि आप इसे हमेशा याद रखे|

Recover Google Account:
दुर्भाग्य से अगर आपने ने गूगल अकाउंट का क्रेडेंशियल्स भी खो दिया है या भूल गये है तो आप अपने गूगल अकाउंट का पासवर्ड रीसेट करने के लिए https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/ इस लिंक पर क्लिक करें और यहाँ दि गयी सुचनाओं का पालन करें|

2) Factory Reset:
अगर आप ने उपर के सारे प्रयास कर लिए है और फिर भी आप पैटर्न अनलॉक कोड को प्राप्त करने में असमर्थ है तो, आपके पास आखरी उपाय फैक्टरी रिसेट का है| लेकिन इससे आप मोबाइल की सभी जानकारी उदा. कॉन्टॅक्ट, इमेल, इनस्टॉल ऐप्स, सेटींग और अन्य खो देंगे| अगर आपको फैक्टरी रिसेट करने से पहले कुछ डेटा बचाना है तो डिवाइस को कम्प्यूटर से कनेक्ट करें और इंटरनल मेमोरी का डेटा (फोटो, म्युजीक आदी) कापी कर ले| इसके साथ मेमोरी कार्ड भी निकाल ले|
फैक्टरी रिसेट करने के लिए निम्न चरणों का पालन करें -
आपका डिवाइस पावर ऑफ करे|
फैक्टरी रिसेट कि प्रेस करते हुए मोबाइल ऑन करें| (सैमसंग के लिए Volume UP+Home+Power, HTC के लिए VolumeDown+Power और Google Nexus के लिए VolumeDown+Power)
जब आपका डिवाइस ऑन हो जाएगा तो इन बटन को छोट दें|
Volume UP और VolumeDown की के मदद सें Wipe Data/ Factory Reset के विकल्प को चूनें|
कर्न्फमेशन करने के बाद आपका डिवाइस रिसेट हो जाएगां और आपका सभी डेटा डिलीट हो जाएंगा|
